Blue Cardstock Base - came from my stash .. no clue what company!
White matting was all from my scrap bin
Red matting is Coordinations
Mickey Mouse Head DP - Scrapbooking kit I bought at Disneyland last summer
2009 Disney Sticker- Scrapbooking kit I bought at Disneyland last summer
Organza Ribbon - bought at Michael's
Mickey Head Rhinestones - Kaisercraft - 14mm rhinestone and 9mm rhinestones.
