Critter Challenge #50 - Sketch

This week over at the Critter Sketch Challenge Blog is another fabulous sketch brought to us by our very own Design Team Member, Colleen. She has provided some awesome sketches this month. When I first saw this sketch I immediately saw an upside down Mickey Mouse head.. ok.. I know it isn't quite Mickey Mouse.. but close right?!?

So.. if you've been following my blog you will have noticed that I've been slowly... but surely.. working on our Disneyland/California trip that we took in the summer of 2009.. it is really hard to believe that it has been that long. So far I have completed 290 pages (145 for each boy's book). Yes, I know ... CRAZY!! But I feel that I want my boys to remember every moment of that trip - so I need to scrap most of the photos. It is definitely the last time (so I say now) that I will document a trip that much.

Anyways.. on to my creation for this week. This is really one of my most favourite layouts ever! It is clean and simple. I think it will be the last page in the Disney Album.

Here is the Sketch... as I did it - please see the Critter Sketch Challenge Blog post to see the unflipped sketch.

Hope you play along with us this week our final week for this month's fantastic sponsor! Make sure you check out...

Girl this is awesome, you have such an eye for detail. I did not pull out the Mickey head in the sketch until you pointed it out. You did an awesome job on your layout.

Oh wow! You continue to blow me away adapting the challenges to scrapbook LOs. I love this one and definitely see a case in my future when we go to Disney World in April.
